No insurance, no problem! We are committed to providing excellent dental care in a comfortable environment, at an affordable price. Our membership plan provides a budget-friendly and flexible alternative to expensive dental insurance so you can receive quality dental care at an affordable price.
Adult Membership
$350 per Adult
Coverage Includes:
- Cleaning – 2 per year
- This does NOT include periodontal therapy for periodontal/gum disease
- Periodic exam – 2 per year
- Bitewings(x-ray) – 1 set of 4
- Periapical(x-ray) – 2 per year
- Limited exam (emergency) and 1 PA (necessary xray) – 1 per year
- 10% discount on all treatments
- Crowns, bridges, extractions, periodontal therapy, fillings, implants, dentures, etc
Child Membership
$200 per Child (12 & Under)
Coverage Includes:
- Cleaning – 2 per year
- This does NOT include periodontal therapy for periodontal/gum disease
- Periodic exam – 2 per year
- Bitewings(x-ray) – 1 set of 4
- Periapical(x-ray) – 2 per year
- Limited exam (emergency) and 1 PA (necessary xray) – 1 per year

Terms and Limitations of the Plan:
- This is a dental discount plan and is NOT dental insurance. It cannot be combined with any other dental insurance
- The dental plan is honored only at Elan Dental. If you are referred to a specialist, they will NOT offer this discount.
- Your effective date is the day you sign up and your renewal date is the same date every year.
- This plan is NON-transferable. Family members cannot be substituted for another family member.
- It is NON-Refundable. No refunds are given if the patient chooses not to pursue their dental plan for any reason.
- Cleanings must be performed before the coverage end date.
- Rates are subject to change annually.
- Payments for services are due at the time of service.

You can schedule an appointment online or by calling our office.

Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is current and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

Can I add members to my account?
Absolutely! Your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Your membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable.
